Books and cultures at the heart of Tshopo
The Kisangani International Book, Arts and Cultures Fair (SILAC-Kisangani) brings together, in Kisangani, in Tshopo province, the players of the book chain, artists, public institutions, schools, companies and international partners around one shared ambition: making books and creation drivers of development.
The event will combine book exhibition and sales, author meetings, talks, performances, cinema, visual arts, crafts, fashion, gastronomy and digital innovation, celebrating the richness and diversity of Congolese and African cultures.
Overall goal
As drivers of education, social cohesion, employment and Kisangani's influence across Africa and the world.
